Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be used to manage their ‘member’ database of GPs and General Practices, recording specific information such as GP’s GMC number and qualifications, as well as any associations to General Practices they might work for. Microsoft Dynamics CRM will deliver a single view of all this information, allowing them to streamline business processes, collect information and intelligence more effectively and improve outbound communications.
